Safari booking and payment terms

After your tailor-made proposal is approved, a deposit confirms accommodation, guide allocation, park planning, and the travel dates held for your private itinerary.

Deposit guide

No deposit required for selected one-day Nairobi excursions.
20% deposit per person for 2-3 day safari tours.
30% deposit per person for 4-6 day safari tours.
40% deposit per person for 7-12 day safari tours.
50% deposit for combined Kenya & Tanzania safaris and premium migration-season departures.
Full payment may be required for last-minute bookings within five days of departure.
